Today the registered shares of Quadrant AG or the claims for compensation resulting from the cancellation of the registered shares by way of decision of the Commercial Court of the Canton of Aargau dated 7 May 2010 respectively will be traded for the last time on SIX Swiss Exchange. The delisting will take place on 7 June 2010.
